For the past couple of weeks, we have experienced unpredictable weather that goes from hot sunny mid-mornings to cold, rainy afternoons accompanied by thunderstorms and that’s why you need a trusty Android weather app to help you plan your day and how you dress or if you should grab that umbrella(Hint: you should)
Yahoo Weather is the prettiest and practical weather app. It gets data and forecasts from Weather Underground’s network of weather stations plus uses background images from Flickr. All of the main functions of a weather app are cleanly laid out with the first screen showing you a local image, the current temperature, forecasted high and low, and the current conditions. When you scroll further, you get hourly and daily forecasts plus you get neat widgets to customize.
When you launch the app, it weirdly asks for your name and then displays weather forecasts from Accuweather, Yr.No(they produce accurate forecasts for non-US cities) or Dark Sky. It has a nice and dark interface.
AccuWeather is one dependable weather app that even some phones use its weather widget. You can just glance at the app’s main page and get lots of information about current conditions.
1Weather has a ton of customizable options presented in a clean and clear design. The layout is neat for weekly and hourly updates plus a handy location toolbar.
